Are internships paid?

We offer both paid (performance-based stipend) and unpaid internships. Stipend availability and amount vary depending on the specific internship and individual performance. Selected candidates may receive a performance-based stipend based on their contribution, consistency and completion of assigned work.

Is it fully online?

Yes, 100% online with flexible working hours. You can work from anywhere, at any time that suits you best. All communication, task submissions, and mentorship sessions happen virtually.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, you'll receive an internship completion certificate upon successful completion of your internship. Letter of Recommendation (LOR) is also provided where applicable.

How long is the internship?

Internship duration varies by program. Typically 2-6 months with flexible timelines. The exact duration will be discussed during onboarding.

What domains are available?

We offer internships in Human Resources (HR), Finance, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and IT & Web Development.

Who can apply?

Students, freshers, and young professionals who are looking to gain practical industry experience and enhance their skills can apply.

What is the selection process?

The selection process involves application review, shortlisting, and onboarding. We look for enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and relevant skills.

Do you provide mentorship?

Yes, each intern is assigned a mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and support throughout the internship.

What are the working hours?

Working hours are completely flexible. You can work at your own pace as long as you meet the weekly task deadlines and project milestones.

Is there any registration fee?

No, there is no registration fee to apply for internships at Suitable Edge. The application process is completely free.
