• Selection criteria may vary based on domain, project requirements, and candidate profile.

3. Fees & Payments

• Registration or other applicable fees, if any, will be clearly communicated before any payment is requested.
• Payment does not guarantee a job, placement, or fixed stipend.
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the refund policy.

4. Stipend & Compensation

• Stipend, where applicable, is performance-based and subject to the specific internship terms.
• Stipend amount and availability may vary depending on the internship program and individual performance.
• Stipend is not guaranteed and depends on meeting the required performance criteria.

5. Certificates & Letter of Recommendation

• Internship completion certificates and Letters of Recommendation (LOR) are provided only after fulfilling the required internship criteria.
• Criteria for certification include but are not limited to: task completion, quality of work, attendance, and professionalism.
• Certificates and LORs may be withheld or revoked if the intern fails to meet the required standards.

6. Code of Conduct

• Users must maintain professional conduct at all times during their interaction with Suitable Edge.
• Misuse of company information, intellectual property, or services is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination and legal action where applicable.

7. Modification & Termination of Services

• Suitable Edge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or internships when necessary.
• Any changes to these terms will be communicated through our website.
• We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services without prior notice if you violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property
